Shipping policy

 

 

All orders are shipped from the UK using a tracked service. Please allow up to 2 weeks for international orders to arrive after despatch. In order to ensure as close to zero wastage as possible, most products are printed on demand, which means an order typically takes 7-14 working days to despatch.

 

EU Customers

From 1 July 2026, orders under €150 being delivered to the EU are no longer exempt from customs duty. A €3 duty per product line item will apply, in addition to any applicable VAT.

We have chosen not to collect these charges at checkout because doing so would require a more expensive shipping service and additional customs administration fees which would increase the shipping and customs cost for you. Instead, we use a more cost-effective delivery service with no additional administration fees, helping us keep your shipping costs as low as possible.

You may therefore be contacted by the delivery provider or customs authority and asked to pay the applicable customs charges before delivery. The customs charges are the same whether they are paid upfront or when your order enters the EU.

Please note: Customs charges are outside of our control, and we are unable to contact the relevant customs authority for you.
